At Naseem Al Hadaeq Perfumes L.L.C (“Naseem Perfumes”), we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the conditions and instructions below carefully.

Return Conditions

  1. Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
    • The product has a manufacturing defect.
    • There is a mismatch with the product received.
  2. Items must be returned from the original shipping country.
  3. Returned items must meet the following criteria:
    • Be in their unused, original condition.
    • Include all item tags, sampling pieces, and booklets provided.
  4. Returns that are incomplete, damaged, altered, or appear used, as determined by Naseem Perfumes, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  5. Return charges will not apply if the above conditions are met.

How to Return Your Purchase

  1. Contact Us:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will schedule a collection for your return at no additional cost, provided the return conditions are met.
  2. Collection by Courier:
    • Our partner courier team will contact you to arrange the pickup.
  3. Prepare the Package:
    • Place the item(s) securely in the original shipping box.
    • Remove all other labels from the exterior of the box.

Receiving a Refund

  1. Eligibility:
    • Refunds are only available for orders paid through online payment methods. Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds.
  2. Processing Time:
    • Refunds will be processed as soon as possible upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
    • Refunds will be issued by the bank associated with your payment method within 10-15 working days.
  3. Working Days:
    • Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  4. Proof of Return:
    • Please retain your shipping note until you have received your refund.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we are unable to process exchanges for online orders.

Order Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Requests:
    • Orders may be canceled only under specific conditions and before dispatch.
    • If you wish to cancel your order, contact us via email at canada@naseemperfume.com or by phone within 24 hours of placing your order.
  2. Limitations:
    • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to:
      • Combine orders.
      • Modify items within the order.
      • Edit billing or shipping details.
      • Add items to an existing order.
  3. Confirmation:
    • Once your order is processed and accepted, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping.
